What we collect

Scaffold Labs LLC operates Fuel. We store your account and profile details, food, activity, weight, targets, recipes, groceries, notes, messages and uploaded images. We and our providers also process sign-in and technical logs.

How we use it

We use this information to save records, calculate totals, show your history, support food lookups and provide sharing or coaching features you use.

AI and voice

AI lookups send your description, selected image and relevant food context to Base44 and its AI providers. Voice entry uses your browser or device’s speech service; Fuel uses the resulting transcript. Those providers’ terms and settings govern their processing and retention.

Sharing and uploaded files

Stripe processes payment and subscription details. For trial reminders, Resend receives your email address, trial end time and plan price.

When you ask Fuel to email a day plan, Resend processes your email address and the plan, including its targets, recipes and grocery list. Fuel stores hashed delivery metadata and delivery receipts to limit abuse and prevent duplicate sends.

Service providers process information needed to operate Fuel. Connected coaches and household members can access records made available through those features. New photos are private; authorized viewers receive links that work for five minutes. Anyone with an active link can view that photo. Some older files remain available through public links pending provider removal.

Cookies and browser storage

Fuel uses cookies and browser storage for sign-in, preferences and unfinished entries. Base44 also receives signed-in page visits and technical logs.

Storage and retention

Saved records are stored in the cloud. Unattached photo drafts stop receiving viewing links after seven days. Removing a photo from a record does not itself delete the stored file. Provider files, logs and backups require separate removal or follow provider retention rules. Account deletion is handled by request.

Your choices and requests

Edit logs and profile details in Fuel. Email us for access, correction or deletion; we may verify account ownership. Your request does not delete other users’ records.

Children

Fuel is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe we have collected a child’s personal information.

Contact and changes

Email us about privacy or your information. We update this page’s date when the policy changes.
