Using Fuel
Fuel is operated by Scaffold Labs LLC. Keep your account secure and use Fuel lawfully. Do not access another person’s records without permission or disrupt the service.
Estimates and health decisions
Nutrition and AI results are estimates. Check entries before saving. Fuel does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
Your content
You own the content you provide. You allow Fuel to store, process and display it to provide the service and sharing features you choose. Only upload content you have the right to use.
Sharing and privacy
Connected coaches and household members can access records made available through those features. See the Privacy Policy for how Fuel handles your information and photos.
Fuel’s software and branding
Fuel™ is a trademark claimed by Scaffold Labs LLC. Fuel’s original software, design and branding belong to Scaffold Labs LLC or its licensors. Do not copy, distribute or sell protected material without permission, except as law or a third-party license permits. Your content and exports remain yours.
Subscriptions and free trial
All current features cost US$14.99/month or US$89.99/year. After the trial, your plan is charged in advance and renews monthly or annually until canceled. Checkout shows any applicable taxes.
The seven-day free trial requires a card. Checkout shows your first charge date and amount before you agree. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid that charge. We email a reminder three days before it.
Cancel anytime through Subscription → Manage subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access continues through the period already paid for. Stopping use of Fuel does not cancel your subscription.
Existing early users keep free access for 30 days after paid launch. After that, a subscription is required for new logging. You are not automatically enrolled or charged; choose a plan and confirm payment at checkout.
Ending use and service changes
When trial or paid access ends, your saved records remain accessible. You can view them, export your data and request deletion without paying, under the Privacy Policy. We may restrict unlawful or abusive use and change features. We will communicate material changes to these terms where required.
